Entry into the 1 Year of FREE RENT Giveaway will take place in person at the Grand Opening Carnival on June 25th. 

Giveaway details include:

  • No purchase necessary to enter.
  • Open to legal US residents 21 or older only.
  • Giveaway is conditioned upon qualifying under property's standard renter criteria including but not limited to credit and/or background check. 
  • This giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Camelot Crossing Grand Opening Giveaway

Official Rules & Terms: “1 Year Free Rent”

Overview:

The Camelot Crossing Grand Opening Giveaway (the “Prize”) offers one (1) eligible participant the opportunity to receive (12) months free base rent only, at Camelot Crossing Apartments in Valdosta Georgia - restrictions apply .

How to Enter:

To be eligible for entry, participants must:

  • Attend the Camelot Crossing Grand Opening Carnival in person on June 25th, 2026
  • Check in at the clubhouse during the event
  • Fill out an entry ticket by providing valid contact information (name, phone number, and email)


Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Eligibility Requirements:

Participants must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be a legal US resident and have a valid government-issued ID
  • Complete a rental application-Meet all Camelot Crossing standard leasing qualifications, including but not limited to:
  • Income verification
  • Credit and background screening


Employees of VRG, Valor, the property, any contractors, vendors and/or any of their employees, family members or affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.

Prize Details

  • One (1) winner, and only one winner, will receive up to twelve (12) months of free base rent which will be applied month by month so long as the winner is a resident/tenant at Camelot crossing and expires on the earlier of the winner no longer a resident/tenant or the initial 12 months. 
  • Valid on  2 bedroom apartments only, subject to availability and pre selected  by management 
  • NO cash value or equivalent 

Important Restrictions/Notes

  • Prize is non-transfirable, 
  • Prize applies to base rent only
  • Prize has no cash value or substitution
  • Winner is responsible for:
  • Utilities
  • Security Deposit
  • monthly/annual Fees (application, admin, pet fees, etc.)
  • Optional add-ons (parking, upgrades, etc.)

Winner Selection

  • A single (1) winner will be determined via random drawing toward the end of the   event; management will reach out if the person is not present.
  • The chosen individual has 48 hours to follow up and submit a full lease application. All standard Camelot Crossing screening qualifications, including but not limited background and credit checks, must be satisfied.
  • Should the initial winner be unreachable, refuse the prize, or fail to qualify, a second drawing, picking a substitute winner, will occur on Instagram live(see website for link) on the following Monday, June 29th at 12pm, all restrictions apply. This cycle repeats one more time on Wednesday, July 1 at 12pm, if necessary. If no eligible winner is found after three attempts, the free base rent giveaway is deemed rescinded and voided.

In the event that all selected winners as described above are disqualified during the verification stage, a $1,000 gift card will be provided to the 1st winner as a consolation prize.

Redemption Requirements

To redeem the prize, the winner must

  • Sign a lease agreement on a unit pre-selected by management within 60 days of the event.
  • Move into Camelot Crossing within 90 days, unless otherwise approved by management.
  • Throughout the lease term maintain compliance with all lease terms and all Camelot Crossing rules and regulations - all rights reserved

Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize with no consolation prize and no further credit.



Additional Terms

  • Camelot Crossing reserves the right to:
  • Modify or cancel the promotion if necessary
  • Disqualify any participant who does not qualify or violates the terms of these rules and regulations
  • If the winner does not qualify the winner will not receive the prize and another drawing will take place to select a qualified winner. See above prize restrictions that apply
